When I make a call with my cell phone (huawei p20 lite), the cell phone does not rule, the call is made, that is, if the other subscriber picks up, I can speak to him as normal, but the screen on my cell phone does not change, it the menu with the contacts remains open, then you actually switch to the phone screen automatically…
I can only see the call in the notification bar upstairs, but I can neither access nor hang up.
The call can only be ended when the other person hangs up.
And even then it stays green at the top as if the call was going to continue (time is running) even though the call was long gone.
Have already restarted and tried something, I have not even recently installed a new app, maybe someone knows what that can be or who has an idea what icg could still try
That seems to be a problem with the P20 lite. I've had it several times.
The problem is common with the P20 Lite, so set it up that you can hang up with the on / off button
Settings → Wireless & networks → Call settings → On / Off ends call (is the power button on the side)
My wife has had the exact same problem for a few days. You can end on the side, but making calls is practically no longer feasible. Anyone have an idea how to fix that?

Hi, nothing will be deleted except for abnormal records that Google accidentally moved.
