Having problems with incoming calls?

I have the Huawei 10 Mate pro and have not been able to take calls since this morning.

Not even the area appears where you can answer the call by swiping. If I scroll down the bar during the call, I can see who is calling, but I can't press Accept or Reject because the area always disappears, is visible again and then disappears immediately. This process is repeated until the ringing stops.

I can call out, but I can't hang up myself and here too the area does not appear where the name of the person called and the duration of the conversation are, where you could also hang up. There are no problems with making calls via WhatsApp. I have already tried restarting. Unfortunately it didn't work. Maybe someone knows the problem?

Huawei has good Whatsapp support that has helped me a lot. Save the number or go to HiCare (or meanwhile that means support the app) and then you may find a Whatsapp button. You can then write to them and do not need to save them, since they are a company account, the name is also there, so don't be surprised if you already see the name even though you have not saved it.
