Huawei Y6 2108 compass magnetic sensor?

I can't use this damn compass feature on my phone and have no idea how to do that. According to the Internet has the Huawei y6 2018 a magnetic sensor and you can use a compass, if I want to do that but it is not there's "your phone is not compatible for this feature" then I perform this calibration in Maps and turn the phone ne Half an hour in an 8 until the status changes from low to high, but it just does not change. I'm overwhelmed and I'm not so technically versed. Does anyone have a tip?
