Huawei Matebook D variants?

I would like to buy the Huawei Matebook D, but there are 2 variants and I do not know which one is better.

Variant 1: 15.6 inches with an Intel i5 8250U and a fingerprint sensor (650 euro)

Variant 2: 14 inches with a RYZEN 5 2600U NO fingerprint sensor (700 euro)

Now the question: which variant would be better for normal office tasks and occasional games (eg Fortnite). Remember to buy the Intel i5 variant as it:

Cheaper is

Has a fingerprint sensor

And bigger.

But which variant is the better one from the SPECS?

You can forget to gamble with both devices.

Games run on the Ryzen device but much better. In Fortnite but are also a maximum of a fairly fluid gameplay of 30-60fps in the lowest settings with some stuttering.

The Intel CPU is less warm, means battery lasts longer and the fan is quiet. Otherwise, both do not give much.

For gambling I would always take a PC and a cheap office notebook to take away for college, work and Co.

I already need a PC, but still a notebook, which can do office tasks. Gambling does not have to be a good pastime. Need the notebook but synonymous for video or photo editing. That's why I chose the Matebook D because it has collected good reviews in this area.

Therefore I think I take the Intel version (also because of the quiet fans)

Whether the fans are quiet, I can't promise, nowadays almost all notebooks are relatively loud because of the compact dimensions, but the Intel processors cut off a bit better. I would definitely do video editing on the PC if possible, a notebook is not optimally suited for it. If the design does not matter, you'll find notebooks with similar performance for less. Otherwise, the Matebook D should be a good choice.

Ah okay design is a little important to me 😅 well then I'll get the Intel version!
