I have a Huawei Y330, which I use to watch YouTube when my cell phone is always empty, but recently I have not been able to change the quality, or the quality is no longer displayed in the videos and the video is also of poor quality…
I can only click on "report", "subtitles" or "help"… I wrote to YouTube once, but got no answer…

Can't help you, but there's an alternative: NewPipe is an open source YouTube interface, free and without advertising. The app is generally better than youtube and has more features. Available in the F-Droid store.
