I don't get it. I have a huawei p40 pro and yes, I'm not stupid, I know myself that I don't have any Google services just to clarify that in advance.
I've read so many videos and things on the Internet that show that Youtube vanced works great and you can log in with your account. I did it the same way but 1. Does the app only work a few times and then at some point when I click on vanced all of a sudden only this circular loading symbol appears and the app no longer works. 2. I can't log into the account at all. If I click normally on sign in, after entering the data only "sorry blablabla" then there's still an option to click on "huawei" instead of sign in. I entered my data again and nothing happens. I then come back to vanced's start screen. If I want to run it again using the "huawei" option, my mail is outlined in red and it says this device is already registered or this mail or what was there, I don't know exactly anymore because the app no longer opens after 1x. That's impossible. And when I look at other Youtube options, it's not better either. I downloaded other Youtube apps and they are much worse in terms of operation than the normal one and it feels like 100 ads for a video, so really a lot, worse than the original one. And which video you see doesn't matter, EVERYONE has an advertisement every 2 minutes that's sick.

You first have to downgrade the YouTube vanced app to under version 15 … And the registrations are still open
You mean the normal app? Have vanced and micro g installed as normal
It actually comes automatically, but otherwise just deinstall yours and install V15 and then update. Maybe an older version is generally better, you can try it out.
Otherwise it is best to check that your OS does not switch off the fake g services. Just look in the appliste for energy saving optimization. I don't have a Huawei myself, so it may be called something different or it doesn't even exist.
