I have the problem for a long time that the memory fully benarichtung every few seconds aufpopt. Since I see that I only have 1% free but in my opinion can't be because I've recently deleted pretty much everything on my phone just so that this notification goes away. It will not be less. At the moment I have 14 pictures and 4 apps (WhatsApp, Spotify, Intragram, MaxCleaner,) of which I can't delete anything anymore. I also have the cleanup app "MaxCleaner" and clean up regularly. In addition, there's the possibility "create memory", or where one sees what most memory takes away and can then delete something. In the meantime, everything is down to zero. I have also restarted my phone a few times but it does not get better. In addition, I have already deleted some chat history but nothing has changed.
I think I have a Huawei Y7 2017, but I'm not 100% sure.
Buy new mobile phone minimum 64GB.
I can't just buy a new phone… That would not allow my parents since my phone is relatively new
Give up any third party and just look at times directly on Android, what is actually how much memory.
The only thing you can try is factory setting.
Thank you
Maybe something like a virus / malicious app - or somehow hiding any files…
If in doubt, the Ultima Ratio, reset to factory settings and re-setup.deinrichten.Die stuff on it, like Whatsapp chats… Before secure.
Memory card in it?
I advise to reinstall.
Thanks… How do you ensure such a thing? 😅
Actually, yes, but somehow that is never synonymous and I can't move anything on the SD card.
Thanks… But how does that work? 😅
Then the device should look at someone who knows something like this.
Thanks first of all. I have done this now and most of the memory is taking away "others" and "firmware" (my phone is in English). However, I do not know what counts to others or how I should delete something in the two. In addition, because it says that the pictures about 600 mb take away but which makes no sense and the appes take away about 3 gb, which could come about but about.
First go to the settings.
Then on system (below)
Now reset and follow Dan's instructions.
Thank you
