Where is the error message? Evetnuell when saving new contacts? Then it may well be that you can no longer save contacts on the SIM because it is full and you simply have to choose as the location of the phone or the memory card

The Honor 5c is the problem with me too. Whenever new updates are needed, this message comes up and the updates can't be executed. The apps have already been reduced to a minimum. You can't move them after consultation with service. At 5x it is possible. The good mood suffers.
