Why can't I verify my account for the Play Store?

Although I enter my correct password and that it loads afterwards, there's always a small white window and it loads. But then does nothing but load.

Google asks me to verify my identity, and I have repeatedly.

Have a huawei cell phone.

Can someone help me?

Remove temporary files in the browser and then restart the device and, if necessary, the router. Mostly it's because something hangs up.
