I just got the JBL TUNE 120tws in ear headphones.
The battery is fully charged and the headphones have been connected to the cell phone.
However, if I want to change the song on my smartphone, the connection is cut off. It only happens when I change the song!
Otherwise everything works…
I have a Huawei, Android System 5.1.
Which Huawei model and which Android version exactly?
You probably have an outdated Bluetooth version on your phone
or you have to upgrade the headphones again using the jbl app
Can you update the Bluetooth version? Doesn't that come automatically with the Android operating system? I have 5.1. 4.3 are necessary for the headphones.
I'll check that with the JBL app.
NEWS: I just got up, test them again and they have been holding out a little longer. So far there was only one disconnect.
5.1 (stands there)
4.1 is necessary.
And which Huawei phone do you have? We now have Android version 10! I don't think these headphones work with cellphones that old.
Which Huawei phone do you have? Is it really that hard to write which model of cell phone you have?! Which Android version do you have? This is in the system settings on your cell phone. I didn't ask for the Bluetooth version. Neither Bluetooth 4.1 nor Bluetooth 4.3 are required for the headphones, but 4.2 is in the technical requirements. Android 5.1 dates from April 2015. Are you sure you have Android 5.1? You can't update Bluetooth.
Oh, the question of which cell phone I have, I had overlooked sry. I have a Huawei TAG-L21, I got it in 2016 (I think…).
I own the Huawei TAG-L21 and I think I bought it in 2016. In any case, it was a few years ago, however. In the settings- "About this phone" the operating system is displayed: "5.1".
The headphones connect to the cell phone and they also work for about a minute, only there's always a discount.
Okay, I've researched it now. This phone model and your new headphones don't work together. This is due to the old Android 5.1 and the old Bluetooth 4.0
You have to buy or get a more current cell phone.
Thanks for your effort. I exchanged things again.
