Bluetooth headphones in ears?

I'm currently looking for Bluetooth in ear headphones. I really like the ear pods of apple for comfort. Currently I have the Huawei of the same connector. Now I would like to have bluetooth ear pods but 1. Not from Apple and 2. None where even a long "pin" is on it. Many manufacturers have only small plugs and I think that's the best. Are there such small headphones in the style of Apple ear pods?

Yeah, that's just the way the plug, so the part that gets into the ear, is in the way of the Apple Earpods.
