A friend has recently taken some slomo shots with his Huawei P20. He has now transferred this to me on the computer, but I can't look at them there. It comes only the sound and a black picture. On my own mobile phone, however, the videos run without problems. What could that be? The videos are available as a .mp4 format.

But that had already some Vids on the PC did not work and on the phone already. Times with VLC Player tried?
