How to set Huawei P30 Whatsapp and Spotify colors?

Hi, I recently got a Huawei P30. Unfortunately, I don't like the design of WhatsApp and Spotify at all, because in Spotify the played song is not highlighted in green and in the whatsapp group chat all names have the same color.

Do you know if you can change anything? Attach 2 screenshots
