Honor 7x Soundbug. Need

I have the Huawei Honor 7x. Meanwhile I have it about 1/2 year. Since the Android 8 update recently I have the problem that (when I listen to music) my music is partially stopped. In addition, the volume is constantly changed for no reason. Sometimes the music is normal-loud, then quiet again. It is very exciting in the long run. So I wanted to ask you what it could be. I have already tried a lot. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify (the app I hear music about) completely (including all related files). That did not help. A good friend of mine has the same phone. Her has the same problem. We both do not know any further. I use Spotify - it uses Soundcloud. So it's not because of Spotify. A system reset is unnecessary, since the mentioned good friend owns your Honor 7x only a few days ago, and has the same problems. I've already set Spotify to run in the background. I do not know how to continue. I would be very happy about a useful answer.
