Will 2018/2019 new smartphones under 5 inches come with decent services?

I currently use the Honor 8 with 5.2 "display, I'm very satisfied with my phone, but it annoys me to have such an unwieldy mobile phone, which bothers me in my pocket and in certain moments, just wondering if Even handy phones with decent performance will appear a display from 4 inches to 4.8 inches.

I Phone is out of the question, therefore I only use Android for years and I do not want to change. Sony, I do not like Optical. For me, there are only Samsung, Huawei and Honor. People always want better cell phones… And better means with most synonymous larger screen… Stop borderless. But one can say with great certainty that no big manufacturer brings out good little cell phones (Apple does not count because it does not fit well;))
