You have to set this in the developer options, if you know how to do it. If not, simply google it for a moment

Did you activate OEM unlock? Under developer options, see if you have everything set for USB debugging. If it has not been resolved, you can choose to "Cancel Authorization on USB Troubleshooting". Then shortly a reboot and try again.
