Recover video on Huawei phone?

Hi, I have a Huawei P10 Light. I deleted a video, which in retrospect I find very cool… Unfortunately I also deleted it in "last deleted"… Can you still restore it anyway? I tried some apps, but the video never showed up there…

If deleted from last, it's gone.

Can you look in the Huawei Cloud, if it is not there then it is completely gone.
