I have problems with my Huawei phone and although I used it today as normal until it has turned off at some point and has frozen onto the boot screen (ie black background plus Huawei logo and Android frippery).
I've read in various forums that one should hold the volume button +/- and on / off button but there's nothing and so much I can do right now.
If I keep the on / off button pressed a bit longer, the screen goes completely black then the phone vibrates briefly and I'm back to the beginning.
My question would be if someone had an idea what is possible.
Formatting is out of the question because I have files on the phone that I still need
Can you connect the device s.der pc and responds to the pc in the state on the device if so do from there then a backup with the pc if not then you have to reinstall the bootloader there's somewhere the error
