App sound no longer works?

After I came home today I wanted to go to tiktok but then I had no more sound, the volume was full but still nothing came up, my cell phone didn't fall off or something. After I played a song, the sound went back after a few minutes, but it didn't last long and the sound was gone again and now nothing works anymore, I have reset everything in the settings now I don't know what to do ( everything works with headphones only speakers don't work (and I have a huawei p20 lite))
