My cell phone fell into the water and now says I have plugged in headphones with a microphone so that the sound no longer works?

I just dropped my not waterproof cell phone into a foot about 3cm deep for 10 seconds now the sound no longer works neither Bks nor il nor kks. Does anyone know how to throw out Manuel headphones on a Huawei Y6 2019 or that it works via BT or internal speakers?
