How to turn off the Huawei endless sounds?

I've been using the Huawei p30pro for 2 days now and every time I get a Breaking News notification from the app Spox I hear a sound (music) (which is nowhere set) and that sound is endless. This annoys animal. Even if I wipe the notification away or read or open, the sound does not break off. The only way to end this is the complete restart of the smartphone. How can you turn off this nonsense?
Of course I've already looked under Settings -> Sounds, but this sound is nowhere enabled or set

Update: unfortunately it was probably not to Spox. It was probably coincidence. The sound is still playing. No regularity. Nothing is done with the mobile phone and it suddenly plays this melody, which can only be switched off by restarting it. No app is running in the background or anything is displayed in the status bar.

Well then… That would guess into the blue… Do you have to look for what that is. Maybe any reminder function?
