I have a Huawei p20. So far, I have never had a problem, but today, while I read a post on the internet, sounds came from my cell phone! There were different sounds, once it sounded like a click, then like a noise that comes when you have your cell phone too close to the radio, then it has just been rushing all the time. The noise was not loud, but I'm worried. Do I have a virus on my phone now?
I then restarted my phone, now the sounds are gone. After the restart, I searched the Internet for a while, what could be the cause of the noise. The most common answer was "turn off NFC". But I have since I got my cell phone!
Do you know what that could be?
This has been my Sony Xperia Z2 for 2 years. The only moving part in the interior is as far as I know only the eccentric for the vibrations
Maybe these are alien signals. 😱
Joking aside. If your phone had a virus or Trojan, it would try to go unnoticed for as long as possible and not make any weird sounds.
It may be that simply any radio waves overlap or something.
As long as that does not happen more often, I would pay no more attention to this.
Did the sounds come out of the speaker?
Yes, they came out of the speaker.
That's not true. Many malware programs have the sole purpose of annoying the user or even making the device useless. Simply because the polluters can get the message that they are capable of doing so.
But if this happens, then the virus would clearly show itself as a virus and not subliminally give any beeps. So the user does not even know that he has a virus.
Either a virus wants:
1) Unobtrusively come to your data.
Or
2) ask the owner of the device for a cash payment.
On 1st it would go unnoticed.
