My Huawei suddenly made insect noises, such a strange noise, and only stopped when I switched off the phone. Happened twice today. What could that be?
Here is an audio sample
It's a shame that there's no audio sample here.
You could just load something like that onto YT. Well
Possible water damage - and thereby the copper coil in the loudspeaker loosened and fluttered.
Or you fell awkwardly and you shot yourself the small speakers or even the micro.
Alternatively - after the lockdown or you find one who is open,
Cell phone repair shop.
Thanks, I can't imagine water damage. It's been a long time since I dropped it.
When I turned it back on after the noise, my settings were gone
Settings? What attitudes
Screen brightness and so, maybe that's normal anyway
The brightness is set automatically using the external sensor anyway - unless you have set this to a FIX value.
Then it should stay the way it is. Otherwise, the automatic mode makes it brighter or darker depending on the environment.
Now it's back again, sounds like bees making their rounds, walks for a while and then stops again
That's what it sounds like
I've never had anything like that, thank you.
It must have been an app bug, because it has stopped in the meantime.
Maybe someone else has a better IDEA - just wait and see
Unfortunately, at the moment I can't figure out what could be the cause here
So once put your audio sample into your question and made a few more catchphrases - hope that you will be helped soon - unfortunately I'm at a loss
