How can I install a twrp on a huaswei p8 lite 2017? I have only found versions for the normal p8, odr is there a similar custom recovery that has about the same features?

Have you already unlocked your bootloader? If not, it is not possible to flash TWRP because Huawei will not allow the bootloader to unlock.
