I can't find the notification log. If you open the Preferences or Settings shortcut widget, as described on several pages online, you will only be able to configure "Notifications". Also on the App Activity Launcher this protocol is not found.
Sometimes you wipe app notifications too fast and want to look at them again. But on the various Internet described ways it is not on my smartphone. But there must be, or does Android 8 no longer have this feature?
Can someone help me?
Should also work on your phone.

Thanks, but as far as I was, as already described above. If you open the widget, you will unfortunately only find the item "Configure notifications". Also manually in settings, if I search for notification protocol, nothing comes. I can only manage which apps are allowed to send notifications. And where these should be displayed, etc.
I recommend you to download an app that logs all future notifications.
Thanks, that will certainly benefit me in the future. But in retrospect, I do not understand that this stupid protocol is nowhere. Not in the Activity Launcher either.
Of course it is a pity.
On my OnePlus 6 (Android 8.1), this feature is there. So it was not widely removed in Android 8. It could be that Huawei has edited / removed this feature.
I open it via the Nova Launcher. There, the activity is listed under Settings.
Optimized by Huawai. The function is simply not there. Also with other devices of those, on which EMUI runs, it does not exist.
