I know that on Android 8 some app icons are round. For me, this concerns Google's apps, e.g. Maps, Photos, Gmail, etc., and the Facebook app. However, what I find strange is that I can't find screenshots on the Internet of Android 8, where the Facebook logo is also round. This has everywhere this angular shape with rounded corners. Therefore, the following question: Who also has the Huawei P8 Lite 2017 and has the Facebook app also changed after the Oreo update?
That's as far as I know Normal in the Huawei Android 8 but should be able to change but unfortunately not exactly where
Most apps on Android have some forms of the icon. Including e.g. A square, square with round corners and a round icon.
The newest Huawei Launcher would like to have the round icon and thus shows it. You may be able to change the icon style in the settings of the launcher. In the Nova Launcher it would e.g. Go.
Thank you! Funny is that apps that come from Huawei like the AppGallery, Huawei Care or the normal gallery, etc., are square with rounded corners. The Google Apps, as well as Facebook and WhatsApp are so round, the Huawei Apps or device apps does not stop. Do not understand why this is not even solved uniformly.
