On Snapchat I have not received a notification since I got my cell phone (Huawei Mate 20 Pro, I have been using the cell phone for about 8 months) although all settings on Snapchat and in the settings are switched on. It is really annoying when you miss a call or want to quickly open a snap and answer but don't get a notification. I even sent an email to Snapchat, but I always get the same answers. So someone has the same problem or does someone know how to get notifications again and can help me?

PS: I never actually got a notification, which I find really strange
