My phone has recently dropped and it has shredded the top bar. Meanwhile, I have a new phone because I can't unlock it despite pressing the power and volume button. (Is there probably still another way how it can unlock?) I would like to import my pictures, which remained on the mobile phone on my PC, only says that I must unlock my mobile phone first. (Is there probably a way I can import the pictures without unlocking the phone?)
The pictures are really important to me.
I thank you already.
The easiest way - for the future - is a memory SD card. Almost every mobile phone today has a slot. This SD card is declared in the settings as "main memory". All personal data then automatically land on the SD card. If the phone remains dead (for whatever reason), the SD card is taken out and all personal data can be viewed on any SD reader. However, that can be synonymous any nerd who steals your SD card from the phone.
For your current problem, I see no way, except you turn to a specialist who reads the memory to you externally (for a fee). A simpler way would question the whole privacy / security problem…
