A week ago my mum bought a Huawei P20 lite. We have set everything as normal and keep finding that the ringing and notification turret automatically returns to the pre-set tones. Does anybody have the same Problem?

Yes, we did. It also rings 2-3 times with the right song but then it turns around again. We're already on the song itself so "set as." went
