So I remember a former girlfriend had that once. She could set the ringtone on her cell phone so that the song she selected started at a certain point (i.e. The ringtone). Do you know what I mean?

Is there an app for that? How do you search for such an app or does someone know one that can be used to set it up?

I have a Huawei P20 lite (Android)

For example, you choose your video on YouTube, convert it and then download this file. Use the cutter to start the ringtone at the desired point and then use this file as a ringtone. Worked on my Huawei p30 lite (new edition).
