Google Assistant not available?

I haven't been able to use the Google Assistant on my Huawei P30 (not pro) for a long time and thought it doesn't recognize my voice. In between it didn't work again this morning. So I wanted to set it up again and open the app, suddenly I see that in the picture. I was totally amazed because… The Huawei P30 is quite new and even on my P10 it still works so I don't understand the problem.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be and how I can fix it?

Have already uninstalled and reinstalled the wizard but it didn't work.
