Following problem

My mobile tries to send sms to the 999 since 05.06.2018,

Since I have no credit I get the information that the sms can't be delivered -number check or credit recharge-.

I think it's a sms Trojan, so far, all anti virus programs from the app store have found nothing. Also, I have downloaded apps only from the store and nowhere else.

I would reset my phone now.

Do you have other suggestions as to what it can be or how I can get rid of the Trojan or prevent automatic sending of sms.

999, because you have probably completed a subscription. With a STOP ALL you should be able to finish this. You would also have to get a confirmation afterwards.

De

With a subscription, there would be something senseless.

Here it is the other way round: Something should be sent.

I'm not really smart from the Google hits. Here at Girlfriend's also some questions about the 999 and unintentional SMS shipping, but no meaningful answers.

Reset to factory settings probably can't hurt.

A STOP ALL was mentioned on another forum as a suggestion.
Personally, I have entered subscription or anything else knowingly.
In my understanding, I'm supposed to send 999 a sms. Certainly an SMS for which I send money.

Tr

* Personally, I knowingly did not subscribe

Tr

Best and only solution according to the manufacturer is a hard reset.

But you should first unsubscribe from his Google services.

Li

It is not a trojan nor a subscription, it is an automatic Google verification. You can unsubscribe in the settings / google settings / own number.

Tr

Are you serious. As?! How can you prove that? And why does this SmS require me to pay for it?

Otherwise thank you for the answer.

Li

Because I had the same problem myself. Google only charges the SMS cost. That should serve as verification.

Thank you very much for this comment.

I will contact Goolge for a proof. Otherwise, thank you!

Li

No problem. My pleasure
