For a few months now I have had the problem that I no longer receive SMS. It is not a WhatsApp but SMS. All other functions work. I have a Huawei Mate 10 P20 pro.

Turn on airplane mode for 30 seconds and then it should work. Because then your Sim card is "activated" again.

If it doesn't work then restart your mobile phone and do that with flight mode again for about 30 seconds.
