Broken sensors on Huawei P smart plus?

My Huawei p smart plus has not counted my steps for a few weeks. Furthermore, the screen rotation also does not work and a few more sensors that all no longer work. I dropped my phone a few weeks ago, so the display had to be replaced. Maybe that's the reason. I have already downloaded various apps that should calibrate the sensors. Do you have any other tips? I would like to know my step count etc. Again.

A couple of sensors are definitely broken. So spontaneously I would say the gyroscope (because of the screen orientation) and maybe also the GPS, do not know how the step count works.

Try out the Smart Diagnosis in the Support App and then go to an expert if necessary.
