Why doesn't the Huawei Nova 3i (P Smart Plus) get Android 10?

I'm just frustrated, Huawei says that the Huawei P Smart Plus doesn't get Android 10 due to weak hardware, but all other smartphones with the same processor get an Android 10 update. Also the Huawei P Smart 2019 with the same processor and even one gigabyte less RAM! Get an Android 10 update. What the hell? It's bad enough that I paid 300 euro back then and today it costs 140 euro. Now I don't even get Android 10, why is Huawei doing this?
