Photo import from mobile phone to PC?

My problem: Photos taken with my smartphone (HUAWEI P30) are easily imported to my PC. But I can't import photos that I received on my smartphone via WhatsApp! What am I doing wrong or not? P.S. : The photos appear in the photo gallery of the smartphone just as the self-recorded.

Go to the Whatsapp folder there they are stored. I mean at whatsapp my can also turn on the pictures stored in the gallery then they are there too.
