New phone does not boot?

The day before yesterday I bought a Huawei y6 before flying abroad. I then tried it at the airport. The phone asks me to import old data, because you can, for example, select data from Google, via Google CLoud import. You can't skip this. Then you select a network, and then comes the message "Check for updates". After a few minutes comes the message that it takes a long time and you can try another network. I have tried this with 3 WLans and two SIM cards. It remains.
