Well, my Huawei P10 Mate Lite is in the "Boot Menu" but when I click on "Reboot System Now" I end up back in the same menu.
My theory is that the boot menu is opened by pressing the power and the volume up key. Since my louder button is broken, it could be that it is recognized all the time as "pressed" and that's why I always end up in the menu.
By the way, this has happened to me twice already: The first time my friend made it somehow to start and the second time I have somehow left the quiet button pressed and the loud button tries to pull out easily (he jammed inside) and it worked.
