Save photos to microSD card?

I have a Huawei P smart and would like to save all my pictures + videos (permanently) on my MicroSD card. Sure, I could easily move it manually, but I'm the effort too high and I'm looking for an option that when I make a picture / video, this is automatically stored on the microSD card.

This can normally be adjusted in the settings menu of the respective app.
