Consider swapping my Huawei for an A70, do you think it's worth it or should I stay with my huawei? The Samsung is newer

Samsung is generally a bad choice because of its expensive and slow updates. Look around for smartphones with Android One (that just means that the manufacturers undertake to install little / no advertising and deliver fast system updates. Or take a look at Xiaomi, whose smartphones are very powerful, but still cheap.

Would definitely switch to Samsung. For me, huwei in particular is the worst choice one can make because of the Google services. I have been very, very satisfied with my Samsung for 2 years and have the latest Android on it. I'm not a fan of all these Chinese scrap brands either.

The Mate 20 is not affected by any US ban, as it is a device that appeared before the sanction.

I already had a few Samsung devices myself and I couldn't win anything from any of them, apparently the Chinese make better and cheaper phones.

Conversely, just because his company is headquartered in China is by no means junk. Conversely, that would mean that every smartphone company that manufactures in China but is not based there testifies to quality.

It's not worth it.

The SoC in the Huawei has the stronger single-core like multi-core performance, stereo speakers, the better camera, higher quality materials like glass and aluminum instead of plastic.

The update policy at Samsung also leaves something to be desired.
