I got the grade 9 and am still very satisfied after 2 years. I usually buy cell phones every 2 generations, so I skipped the S10 or Note 10. The difference between the generations is getting smaller, except a little bit more power for gaming etc. Most of them don't need it anyway. I didn't get the S20 either, because the 20 series is said to have worse batteries and still had a few camera problems and the combination of the higher repetition rate + QHD resolution probably didn't work out either. Furthermore, this time it is the first time that my 2 year old cell phone is still performing very well. Before that, they were barely usable after a few years, despite resetting, etc. Will hit again at the earliest in the 21 series or One Plus 9.
In your case, I would stay with the 9+.
