I have a cell phone contract with Vodafone since February this year. The contract includes a Huawei Mate 20 Pro with "alleged dual sim function".
At the conclusion of the contract I was assured that "DualSim" works 100%. Since I actually need the job now professionally, I had to say sobering. That Vodafone seems to disable this feature on your devices.
Is it possible to terminate the contract prematurely? I was obviously verar because I pay for a "castrated" phone just as much as if I had bought it elsewhere.
This comes to mind after almost a year?
Why did not you complain immediately, do you have that in writing that it should be a Dual Sim Huawei P20 Pro?

You therefore can't withdraw from the contract, which does not constitute a special right to cancel your mobile phone contract, which is separate from the purchase of the smartphone to look at.
Yes, unfortunately I have noticed only now, because I did not need the function before. Unfortunately, I have nothing written in this regard, I was told verbally.
Vodafone has only the Single Sim version on offer, and since we always promised a lot before the contract is not respected, therefore always insist on written confirmation. Is your Huawei because 2 Simslots, as I read, there are also 2 versions of, once Single Sim and once with 2 Simslots?
@ andie61 My Huawei has 2 Simslots, compared it to the same Huawei of a buddy (bought without a contract) in which Dual Sim works.
You have signed a "combined contract", ie a mobile phone contract for the simcard and a purchase agreement (or payment contract) for the mobile phone. If the phone does not meet the (you demonstrably promised) benefits, you can only challenge the contract of sale and claim a replacement device. Deun mobile contract will remain unchallenged.
