So far I have never had problems with my Huawei P20 Pro, only this morning the alarm rang an hour early. At first I thought about time change, but that can't be. My alarm clock was supposed to ring at 7:30 am, but it rang one hour early. Even my watch showed 6:30 to really make sure the time was right.
Sure, it's better one hour too early, than an hour too late, but my concerns are that I could sometimes oversleep in the future, if my cell phone means z. B 8:30 to ring instead of 7:30.
How can it be, does anyone have an idea / idea?
I'm also honestly not sure if this question already exists, I have not found any for p20 pro.
It's hard for me to believe that the alarm clock just rings an hour early. It may be that you played a joke and programmed a 2nd alarm clock. Have you already checked this?
This is the first time I hear of such a phenomenon in a forum
Yes, I'm 100% sure, I live alone and have no alarm clock with 6:30 clock stored.
That's why I'm so surprised
I'm really sorry but I find nothing at all on the net, not even on forums that are specialized…
I'm sorry if I ask again silly but: Have you really checked whether the alarm clock is not at 6.30. (Customer service experience)
Or are you sure it was an alarm clock? (again customer service experience)
Yes, I'm really sure.
Then I ask you to put a few alarm clocks over the day and let's see how that works, I do the same thing, namely the Huawei P20 pro
