I own the Huawei mate 10 pro and have not had any big problems so far. Since today, however, I can no longer be heard when making calls, neither when I'm called or calls. I can only be heard when I connect the headphones and then answer. What can it be and how can I fix it?

I think I had an app where you could check the mic for function because I had something similar was, however, the s2 thus already a time ago
You can even call yourself on another tele and test times on what mic you talk about the headset or the tele
If restarting the phone has not done anything, there's still the option to reset it to factory settings. But I think that too will not fix your problem. Since only helps sending and repair, you should still have warranty on the device.
