The problem is, no matter who calls, and always I'm not heard, but understand everything. System update is not available because it is as high as it gets, nothing has changed since the reboot. I have a pre-paid card and I'm at Telekom. Can anyone tell me what the cause could be?

You probably have a memo app on your phone that you can use to create voice memos. Otherwise there are also free in the PlayStore or Some apps like WhatsApp can do that too.
If you record a note with it and play it, can you hear then? Through the test, you could find out if the microphone is the reason.

If you call someone, there would have to be such a microphone icon. (So for me it is) If this button is on, then your microphone is muted. Then just push it once, then it would have to go, if that's what it is
