When I'm called or make calls, the others complain that they understand me very badly.
Strangely enough, the microphone works wonderfully when I'm recording or using voice-controlled functions. The phone is a Huawei P Smart 2019, with the latest Android 9 version
How do you understand them badly?
Huawei smartphones are known to have very low voice quality.
Voice quality is extremely dependent on the provider. Am with the same device from O2 to Telekom - these are worlds difference in voice quality.
Mobile is a Huawei P30 Pro.
I just called myself and noticed how I was barely audible. I sound choppy and as if I'm talking on a tin can. But when I'm on the mic and talking, it's very loud and understandable.
But when I record myself talking with an app, I can talk very far away from the phone and the quality is great…
My provider is Vodafone and the quality has only been so bad for a month…
Okay, the quality of my Huawei is very quiet.
Then it probably depends on the provider.
There are 2 micros.
Normal speak and free speech.
One thing is probably dirty.
