I bought a Huawei mate 20 in 2018, and since the last update I can no longer take photos or videos. I thought it might be because of the storage space, so I cleaned up my gallery so that I now have 40 GB of free space. But the situation has not improved.
I'm reluctant to buy a new phone, but my phone has some problems.
1. The keyboard is crazy so that I can no longer type normally. B. Write "hello, my name is…", but you correction corrects it to "hal o, I mean…".
2. I can no longer crop pictures (in process of editing).
3. I have to delete a picture twice so that it stays deleted, otherwise the picture keeps coming back.
4. I can't take videos and photos.
Is that because my cell phone is so old or can I do something about it? (reset etc.)

how is it noticeable that you can't take photos?
When I take a photo or video and then click into my gallery, the picture is black and there's a warning logo "⚠️" on it. If I then click on it or try to play it, I get a loading symbol.
As I said, reset it!
