Why can't I get this done?

I would like to receive Whatsapp messages on my lock screen… So when I turn on the screen it is shown to me by whom and what is in it, but somehow it is not shown to me…

Do you have any notifications for WhatsApp? Look under Settings under notification management and then on wathsapp and turn on spear screen notifications

For me in the settings it does not mean notification management

With me (One plus 6t) I open my "last apps" list. On which all apps are currently running in the background. Long click on Whatsapp

-App info

-Notification

-Advanced settings

-Spear screen settings

Then I can set whether that should be on the spear screen and also wv text

Where can I find the "last apps" list?

I don't know if Huawei has these 3 buttons at the bottom of the phone
