Are all Chinese smartphones overslept by the US trade dispute?

Hi, I'm wondering if any Chinese smartphone makers are affected in the US trade dispute, or just Huawei and Honor?

I want to buy a new smartphone and there are other Chinese manufacturers who also build good smartphones.

Maybe someone has the overview and can help me?
