Until recently, I had a HONOR (HUAWEI) cell phone and a power bank. Now I have switched to the POCO F3 and am wondering whether I can use the power bank with it?
It is clear to me that the supercharge of the power bank does not work. My only concern is that none of the devices is damaged by this (the HUAWEI cable has 5A current, the XIAOMI cable 3A).
This is the power bank: https://www.tvc-mall.com/details/huawei-ap09s-two-way-supercharger-10000mah-power-bank-for-huawei-p10-mate-9-black-sku101705094a.html#main-info
Everything is compatible!
It doesn't matter what an ampere value stands for. This only indicates how much charging current flows at the maximum. Ultimately, what can be picked up by the device no longer flows.
A power bank works with every smartphone, even a bitten off apple, with every tablet, with all devices that can be operated with 5V. Ultimately, it's just a matter of the cable.
You can charge your Poco F3 with the power bank without hesitation.
It will charge with 18W (9V 2A) or 10W (5V 2A). The power bank and smartphone negotiate the exact voltage and current. The cable shouldn't matter either.
